Hello, I too have a Lennox pellet stove, the Eilite mase in 2008. Ours hasn't been professionally cleaned ever. And now it has built up with dust and in the different compartments in the two side panels such as the blowes, motors, and switches. Now when we run it, it will start up and run fine for about 20 minutes and then shuts down. Today I got it to run for 3 hours and then it stopped feeding pellets. I've cleaned out the hooper with a shop vac, vaccummed thoroughly inside the stove, and wiped the visible and reachable dust, but it still isn't working properly. Did you find out any information about your stove. I'm having trouble finding DIY videos for this brand.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!

Thank you! Every time we walk into the garage we are thrilled because we have daylight. The doors are so quiet, we giggle that no one has been awakened by the racket that used to announce the doors being opened or closed. And the option of having an outside keyless entry is great too, It's just a wonderful feeling to know that you've fixed something and it was really worth it. Thanks again.
We have had many concerns with our garage opener unit both safety issue and sleepless nights. At this time we are pleased that so far the unit is operating as it should.Hopefully we hope the issue of the unit opening by it self at early morning hours is solved. And if this is so, we want to Thank all involve in bring a satisfactory solution to this nightmare.
Garage doors cause injury and property damage (including expensive damage to the door itself) in several different ways. The most common causes of injury from garage door systems include falling doors, pinch points, improperly adjusted opener force settings and safety eyes, attempts at do-it-yourself repair without the proper knowledge or tools, and uncontrolled release of spring tension (on extension spring systems).

A standard double garage door is 7 ft. high by 16 ft. wide. Standard single doors are 7 ft. high by 8 or 9 ft. wide. Because the doors are so large, few home centers and only some garage door stores keep many doors in stock, so expect to order one instead of buying it off the shelf. Garage doors are available in wood, fiberglass and steel. Steel doors, like ours, are light, maintenance-free, affordable, readily available, and have an insulating value as high as R-19.

We worked with Matt to replace our garage door openers. He did an excellent job and worked in cold weather to finish the job. He answered all our questions throughout (before, during, and after) and explained the entire process, features, and additional accessories for the opener. Matt provided exceptional customer service, he was professional, and understanding of our needs. Matt and Anna helped us schedule the appointment at our earliest availability and offered a great deal. We received another offer which was couple hundred dollars lower but we went with Precision Door for their customer service and transparency into solution for us to meet our needs. I highly recommend Precision Door and will do business with them for our future needs.

When I called to schedule the repair service, I was transferrd 5 times and spoke with 6 service reps. Each rep was very confused by my request to get my garage door repaired. One rep actually told me that Sears doesn't repair garage doors. I had to tell her that Sears installed the door. When I finally found a rep who could schedule my service, it took one week for the appointment.

This is the second garage door opener I've purchased from Precision. The first one was still working great after 10 years in my previous home. Last week when the opener in my current home quit working, I only needed to make one call. Precision was my first and only choice. They're always on time for any service appointments and stand firmly behind their warranties.
Wonder how much Festool is paying Silva to showcase their outrageously expensive line of tools. He used practically the entire product line on this project that was nothing more than a Festool commercial. I guess the brad nailer company didn't offer any kickbacks to the crew because you never saw their brand name. This show has turned into nothing more than crass commercialism. And when did Silva become a 'master carpenter'. He can't hold a candle to Abrams. Never could. But he's definitely better at milking the sponsors. Would love to see the inside of his workshop.

Garage doors provide one of the major entryways into your home. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that they are secure and in good working order. If you are having problems with your current door, then you need to have a professional determine if it can be repaired or if it will need to be replaced. Here are some of the most common factors that will affect the cost of a garage door repair.
An extension spring counterbalance system consists of a pair of stretched springs running parallel to the horizontal tracks. The springs lift the door through a system of pulleys and counterbalance cables running from the bottom corner brackets through the pulleys. When the door is raised, the springs contract, thus lifting the door as the tension is released. Typically these springs are made of 11 gauge galvanized steel, and the lengths of these springs are based on the height of the garage door in question. Their lifting weight capacity can best be identified by the color that is painted on the ends of the springs.
Because garage doors are large, heavy, and mildly complicated, most people who buy them take advantage of these services. But, if you’re pretty adept at DIY tasks, you can save some money and enjoy the satisfaction of doing the job of installing a sectional garage door yourself. (Sectional garage doors travel up and down on rollers that ride along tracks at each side of the garage doorway.)
Both springs broke on my double door, and I had no idea who to call. I asked my smart phone for garage door repairs and they gave me one company listed in Lebanon. I called and set up an appointment with the tech and he said he would be there in an hour. After 4 hours I called and they got me to the tech and here is what he said after my 4 hour wait: "We can't do that, you will need to call someone else." I asked if he needed to reschedule, and he said, "No, call some other company." My temperature was high and I looked on my computer and Precision came up on the screen. I looked it over real good, checked the reviews and called them on Saturday morning. They said a tech could be out by noon. The tech called at 10:30 and said he could be here by 11am if that was alright. It was. John showed up at 11, we greeted each other, I felt good as soon as I met him. He looked over the door, sure enough both springs broke, cable off. He gave me 3 options: just fix the springs and cable; do that and change out the rollers which were clearly rusted and lots of play; and do that with a life-time warranty. No pressure, he was ready to do whatever I said. I told him the first option for now, and he went right to work. My wife and I discussed that our door was over 14 years old and has had no maintenance at all, and we decided to have the warranty. No problem. John was through and thorough in no time at all. The door sounded amazing, we had gotten so used to the noise, until it was not there any more - smooth and quiet and efficient. I am so thankful the other company blew me off, so that I came in contact with Precision. Great job. I will recommend them to everyone. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
Traditional One Panel: These doors consist of one large panel which tilts to open by employing a spring mechanism to swing upward. The wood version is popular in the South and Southeastern US, where a milder climate keeps the wood from rapidly deteriorating. Traditional garage door designs include Cape, Colonial, Ranch, Tudor and Craftsman. The disadvantage is these doors require a lot of clearance to operate correctly. Sometimes repairs can be difficult because of the heaviness of the door or its inaccessibility. Average cost to repair tilt-up doors is $172.

If you can’t find one for your garage door opener model, you can try a universal remote or you can install a new receiver. A receiver replaces the radio frequency the opener uses with its own. An added bonus of a new receiver is that it will automatically update older openers to the new rolling code technology, which stops the bad guys from stealing your code. Just plug the new receiver into an outlet close to the opener, and run the two wires provided to the same terminals the wall switch is connected to.

Whether you're planning on moving in the future or you're fixing up your forever home, replacing a garage door can provide an excellent return on investment and boost your home's resale value. According to Remodeling magazine's 2016 Cost vs. Value report, garage door upgrades provide a nationwide average return on investment of over 90%, making it one of the top five home improvement projects. Though you can do some maintenance to your garage doors on your own, it may be a good idea to schedule routine inspections with a professional. A typical service call will include a manual inspection of the door and opener. Then adjustments can be made including spring tension, chain/belt tension, limits and force adjustments and door lubrication. Fees for this service vary from place to place, but garage door repairs typically cost between $147 and $340.
The technician, Robert Helton, was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. He repaired the garage door opener expeditiously and explained why it hadn't worked properly. He also checked the chain mechanism and the door itself and showed me how to manually work the door should I need to do that in the future. I was very pleased with this repair work.
For Sears Garage Door Installation and Repair Services, making your garage door safe is as important as making it function well. For this reason, all of our repair services and tune-ups feature a 20-point safety check. Our technician will carefully examine your garage door panels, springs, sensors, safety release, hardware, track, and more. This ensures that, not only has our work been done well, but that your garage door poses no danger to your vehicles or family. Due to the intricacy of garage door systems, only garage service professionals should attempt to adjust, repair, or service door equipment.
Since their invention in the 1920s, electric garage door openers have come a long way. Garage door openers work by using a trolley connected to an arm that attaches to the top of the garage door and slides back and forth on a track, which opens and closes the garage door. When operating the motor, a chain or belt turns and pulls the trolley along the track. A good garage door opener will have a horsepower of 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP, or 1-1/4 HP. Garage door openers have the ability to open and close a limited number of times in power outage emergencies. Security is something else to consider when purchasing an opener. It's helpful to have sensors that will stop the operation of the garage door when a person, vehicle, or other obstacle is in the way.
